The International War College Yaounde has three main partners:
Military partnership with the Paris War College
In order to enable the International War College yaounde, Cameroon superior military academic became a pole of excellence for senior military training of second degree in Africa, Cameroon signed in april 2008 a convention with France putting in place an active partnership with the Paris War College.
The strategic bipartisan partnership guarantees Cameroon government a complementarity of training competences.
The convention of partnership signed between Cameroon and French governments is based on exchange of interns and teaching staffs between the International War College Yaounde and the Paris War College, the follow up of learning programs as well as providing logistics support for the running of the International War College Yaounde.
The Senior Military Diploma of Second Degre is an equivalent to all other Senior Military Diploma of Second Degre obtain from anywhere in the world which is an attraction factor for senior officers in Sub-Sahara Africa who intend to pursue War College in training Cameroon.
Partnership with University of Yaounde II (CRESP)
The University of Yaounde II participate in the training of our interns through the centre for political and strategical research study (CRESP) which through a diverse reservoir of specialists offer lessons to those who are eligible for master 2 in Defence strategy, security, conflicts and catastrophic management. (A specificity of the International War College)
In addition, the National Advanced Institute for Mass communication (ESSTIC) provide lessons on media training meanwhile the National Advanced Institute for International Relations Cameroon (IRIC) offer lessons duelling on issues related to diplomacy.
Partnership with Economic community of Central African states (ECCAS)
Since 2013, the International War College Yaounde has obtained the status of excellence from ECCAS. This partnership bonify training by mutualisation and exchange of experts.
